shop.ktg5.online was an idea made around 2023. While it had very few ideas, it was always planned to be more than just a merch shop under the ktg5 name.

The ktg5 shop is aimed to be more than just a logo and/or a inside joke thrown on the front without a care in the world (even though there is some...) The most important point about this learning experience with the ktg5 shop for me is to make cool stuff that anyone else could be interested in.

Production & Shipment Information.

Clothing & other appeal is produced by Fourthwall. When in the check out page, it'll tell you when your shipment(s) (multiple in case of production of some of the items within your cart being finished at different times) should arrive at your doorstep.

Within the US, items from Fourthwall can take 5-8 days from purchase date. Unsure if these days are actually business days though.

Outside of the US, delivery times can vary -- either being days or weeks. Fourthwall does ship from the EU. But since I don't live in the EU, I wouldn't be able to tell ya much other than that.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance.
